The Telesales Services call center outsourcing process and methodology was personally developed by its president, William S. Samuels IV. Bill is an acknowledged industry leader. He established a unique approach that continues to serve as the industry model, and has been emulated by many.

In 2002, Bill was contacted by the Harvard Business School and asked to serve as an advisor regarding their research in the call center industry. And, in 2003, the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Rochester, turned to Bill for consultation as call center industry professional.
